With over a decade of expertise in the Indian financial sector, Pooja specializes in Investment Banking, Debt Restructuring, Debt Resolution, and Financial Advisory. Her successful track record includes leading high-value transactions and transforming stressed assets, which has earned her a reputation as a results-driven professional. Prior to founding Netfin, Pooja held senior positions at renowned organizations, including BOB Capital Markets (the investment banking arm of Bank of Baroda), International Asset Reconstruction Company (a subsidiary of Blackstone Inc.), Phoenix ARC Private Limited (the ARC arm of Kotak Mahindra Bank), and The Investment Trust of India Limited.
